HAPPY SUMMER ONE AND ALL!
Just a quick note to thank all of you for your patience and cheery emails
as we work to revamp Kristi's official site. We also wanted to ask for your
continued patience, as you may find lots of broken links, biscuit wrappers, and
other such nonsense lying about if you choose to be brave enough to venture
through the now "old" website! ... but we think the revamp will be well worth it.

Part of the wait, of course, is being caused by Miss Kates herself, who is in the
midst of writing a new album. The process has been stalled a couple of times due
to her work on other projects, but now she's back at pen, piano, guitar, and computer,
and we hear there will be new music of a sort before the end of this year!  Hooray!

While-U-Wait, you can follow @kristikates on Twitter, where's she's slowly but
surely documenting the song-creating process as well as commenting on various other
tidbits of interesting info, and even sharing a few photos here and there.  

Feel free to drop us a note in the meantime, and let us know what you'd like to see here
on the new and improved Kristi Kates official website!  (Which will now be viewable,
incidentally, at www.kristikates.net and www.kristikates.co.uk once it's up and running!)

our own (profoundly disorganised) process of moving Kristi's promo offices to a
new locale in NYC.
